FAQ

You can book an international flight to Cali (CLO), usually with a connection via Bogotá (BOG). Cali is the closest airport to the wedding location.

Yes. We will organise group transfers from Cali to Dapa for all guests who opt in via the RSVP form. More details will follow closer to the wedding.

Absolutely — and we truly encourage it. We will organise a small programme for international guests during the week before the wedding.

Colombia is beautiful to explore. Popular extensions include Medellín, Santa Marta, an extended layover in Bogotá, or — for the adventurous — the Amazonas.

Please note: a yellow fever vaccination is required for the Amazonas region.

We are trying to support a group accommodation option. Please check the Accommodation page and note your preference in the RSVP form.

Please note: accommodation is not included.

Guests are invited to arrive at the wedding venue by 2:00 pm.

Dress code is suits and dresses. Dapa is cooler than Cali, especially in the evening, so please bring a light coat or jacket.

The celebration takes place outdoors — please be mindful of shoes on grass.

Yes — there will be food and drinks all day and night. Let yourself be surprised.

We kindly ask for your understanding that only invited couples are able to attend.

No. Spanish is not required. The ceremony and speeches will be bilingual, translated between Spanish and German.

Dapa is located at a higher altitude, which means cooler evenings and a chance of rain.

There is no Wi-Fi at the wedding location, but mobile phone signal is available.

Your presence — and the journey you are making — truly means everything to us. Travel is the greatest gift.

If you wish, we are happy to accept monetary gifts to support the celebration and our honeymoon.

RSVP deadline: end of September.

For any questions, please contact Laura or Lukas via WhatsApp or Instagram.

Because this place is home.

Cali means family and roots for Laura — and soon, it will be home for Lukas too. While Laura has spent much of her life far away from Colombia, we wanted to bring her wedding back to where it all began.

Dapa is her aunt’s vacation home, which she is generously sharing with us for this special day — a place surrounded by nature, family, and meaning.
